Our Results
Independent tests show just 1 cup of exhale healthy coffee has the antioxidant power of 12 punnets of blueberries, 55 oranges or 1.2kg of kale!
We found a coffee that tested 40% higher in polyphenols (plant-based phytochemicals, specifically chlorogenic acid) than any other in an online list of 45; is one of the richest sources of niacin in our diets and is free from any contaminants such as mycotoxins and pesticides.
Our Process
The magic is in our unique process which is designed to lock in the natural plant chemicals and involves 9 different tests at independent laboratories across Europe. All overseen by our in-house team of experts including our Chief Wellness Officer - Alex Manos, who is one of the UK's leading Functional Medicine Certified Practitoners with an MSc in Nutritional Therapy and lectures at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.
We also offer a decaf which is the same coffee as the regular but it’s been decaffeinated using the chemical free ‘Mountain Water Process’ which uses only the purest spring water from the highest mountain in Mexico, the Pico De Orizaba.
Sustainability
We believe waste is a dirty word so tirelessly searched to find our plastic free packaging. And we're pretty proud of it!
We want to do things in the right way. Ethical sourcing, organic farming practices, traceable back to a named farmer (currently Mr Moreno from Chiapas, Mexico), and the highest levels of sustainability are all minimum requirements in our supply chain.
