After a stay in a luxury eco hotel, where we were given a single use plastic brush, we spotted a niche in the market for a sustainable bamboo toothbrush that also felt luxurious and design-led.
The Truthbrush is designed here in Devon and is made from organic bamboo, with plant-based bristles.The DuPont bristles contain 62% castor bean oil and 38% nylon, reducing reliance on fossil fuels.We offset the carbon produced by shipping, and each brush is hand-wrapped in fully recyclable packaging.
The Truthbrush is cruelty free and vegan - we are the only toothbrush stocked by the UK Vegan Society.
Truthbrush is backed by the School for Social Entrepreneurs due to our positive environmental impact and in turn, we support charities such as Beauty Banks with product donations.

Celebrity judge Jasmine Hemsley voted us the winner of the Veggie Awards Health and Wellbeing category and we have won the Eco Excellence Oral Care Award.
Truthbrush launched in March 2018 and is now stocked by over 250 retailers worldwide, including Liberty of London, Selfridges and Abel & Cole.
